We had a major undertaking the day before leaving. We moved from our las Nubes house back to our old home in La Suiza. I was so tired I ended up not packing my suitcase and

leaving stuff at the original parsonage. Marlon sold the house to Leo in exchange for his house in Tuis. I’m happy that now they won’t feel like they are babysitting someone else’s house. Leo and Lily had moved out of the Las Nubes house a week before we arrived. As we walked around it and felt the silence of the house compared to all the joyful activity in 2024, we realized that this was no longer our home but theirs.
THE RETURN OF MISSION GROUPS

Pastors Darrin and Sean from faithful Fishers really connected with the church and provided them with some valuable training and the church was ecstatic to finally have a mission team from the States again. It had been 7 whole years since we hosted a team!! If you would like to go on a trip please fill out our contact form.
NO MORE THYROID CANCER
This whole diagnosis had started taking up more of our time working with insurance and finding the right surgeon. In a God twist of events, I ended up not needing a thyroidectomy! I went to Houston a couple of weeks ago and had the cancerous nodule burned off my thyroid at Baylor Medicine. I was able to go home the same day and no more cancer. The doctor was very pleased with the procedure! Gloria a Dios!! God is so faithful!

MORE SPANISH MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES IN CORPUS CHRISTI FOR EVANGELISM AND OUTREACH, COMING SOON...

On my way to Costa Rica I was reading former gang member Nicky Cruz's testimony. It had been about 12 years since I had read it and a pastor friend posted part of it on Facebook. I know that no one is too evil and beyond the reach of Jesus Christ. I'm still praising Jesus over the salvation I wrote about in the email that goes with this blog. If you want the info I can't put on the website, message us.

The church building remodel was finished at the end of last year. A year ago they just had the foundation poured for the new bathrooms, Sunday School, and church kitchen. Now the children are no longer under a shed or on raw concrete. They have a lovely classroom with a tile floor and playful painted walls. Thank you Jesus!!
